What’s at the Station?
- Staff – The station is unstaffed.
- Physical Access – There is level access to platform 2 with connecting footbridge with stairs to platform 1 but no wheelchair access to platform 1 northbound trains. A ramp is available with prior notice.
- Hearing access – See ‘Help points’.
- Help points – There are customer help points fitted with induction loop on both platforms.
- Phone – There are public phones at station entrance and in car park.
- Tickets – There is a ticket vending machine.
- Safety – Customer information monitors and CCTV in operation.
Getting there and moving on
Bus
Service 80 to the airport leaves from the station. Other buses to Newmachar, Stoneywood and Bucksburn leave from Victoria Street a short walk away. To get connections go to www.transportdirect.info which will offer postcode to postcode public transport and car journeys.
Bike
There are the 6 cycle racks and 5 cycle lockers.
Drive
There is a car park with 100 spaces, including 3 for Blue Badge holders.
